INTEREX RECURSOS HUMANOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u00e1 se passaram alguns anos desde que come\u00e7ou-se a ouvir falar sobre a revis\u00e3o na Lei dos trabalhadores tempor\u00e1rios, que supostamente deveria ser uma medida de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 recente situa\u00e7\u00e3o da economia real. Nesse meio tempo, conseguimos que fossem reavaliados tanto a maneira como v\u00e1rios neg\u00f3cios que lutaram para sobreviver eram enxergados quanto o papel social que \u00e9 exigido de nossa ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de responder a necessidade de ajustes exigidos pelo mercado de trabalho, apesar da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o de ser uma ind\u00fastria ca\u00f3tica, h\u00e1 outras boas raz\u00f5es para que sobrevivamos. Mais do que oferecer somente um servi\u00e7o de empregos, neste est\u00e1gio, buscamos com todo nosso empenho maneiras de oferecer maior rapidez, melhor qualidade e rela\u00e7\u00e3o custo\/efetividade. Acreditamos que para todas expectativas e rumos que forem indicados, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que haja uma pessoa para atender tais demandas.<\/p>\n

A few years have already passed since people started hearing about a reform in the Temporary Staffing Services Law, which was supposed to be a policy that would give support to the real economy situation at the time.
In this meanwhile, we had time to have the way of thinking towards several companies that were fighting for survival and the social role that was expected from our industry reconsidered.<\/p>\n

Additional to the activity of employment adjustments, despite the reputation of being a chaotic industry in the eyes of the public opinion, there are other good reasons for us to survive. More than providing staffing services, based on correct rules, we put all our effort to, with good faith, offer fast-response, quality and cost-effectiveness. Also, at our present stage we recognize that for whatever expectations or directions that may be indicated, it is possible that there is a person that can fulfill such requirements.<\/p>\n

However, only with that we will not able to receive support for a long time. In order to receive support, I believe that we have to either share our customers\u2019 goals, or be adequately prepared to provide original services.<\/p>\n

We are professionals at staffing, but since we are not professionals at each and every work site, we need the guidance from our clients on a daily basis, otherwise it will be only theory and we will not be able to receive our clients\u2019 satisfaction.
